WHICH OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specified to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of the natural person.

We process the following categories of personal data from you:

• first name
• last name
• phone number
• (company) address
• job title
• e-mail address
• data collected through media usage (e-mail, mobile, desktop, social media)

REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data are recorded in an (electronic) register.

HOW DO WE USE AND PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We may process all categories of personal data in order to:

• maintain relationships with you
• comply with legal and regulatory obligations
• better service you and to draw up quotes
• to perform our contracts duly and properly (administration, issuing invoices, collecting payments)

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING INFORMATION

• Pursuant to Article 13 paragraph 2 sub b GDPR each data subject has the right to information on and access to, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of his personal data, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability.

• You can exercise this right by contacting us at contact@planet-a.nl

• Each request must be accompanied by a copy of a valid ID, on which you put your signature and state the address where we can contact you

• Within one month of the submitted request, you will receive an answer from us

• Depending on the complexity and the number of the requests this period may be extended to two months

LEGAL OBLIGATIONS

In case of infringement of any law or regulation, of which a visitor is suspected and for which the authorities require the personal data collected by Planet A change & interim management B.V., they will be provided to them after an explicit and reasoned request of those authorities, after which these personal data do not fall under the protection of this Privacy policy.

COMMERCIAL OFFERS

You may receive commercial offers from us. Your personal data will not be used by our partners for commercial purposes.

HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Unless a longer storage period is required or justified by the law or through compliance with another legal obligation, we shall only store your personal data for the period necessary to achieve and fulfil the purpose in question.  Once that purpose no longer exists, we delete the data.

Your personal data will be held during the duration of our contractual relationship and up to 10 years thereafter. Personal data of prospects will be held for a period of 5 years unless there has been a contact with the prospect in which case a new 5-year period will start. Prospects can always request to have their personal data removed

APPLICABLE LAW

These conditions are governed by Dutch law. The court in the district where the the collector (Planet A change & interim management B.V.) has its place of business has the sole jurisdiction.
